1. Overview

Welcome to www.ilovebusinessleads.com . We provide digital lead generation, marketing solutions, and consulting services to support business growth. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver these services to you.

Note: If any part of this policy conflicts with the timelines or specifications in your signed client contract, the client contract shall take precedence.

2. Service Scope

  • Lead Generation Packages: Customized lists of prospective clients (“leads”), tailored to the criteria outlined in your package or contract.

  • Marketing Services: Strategy documents, email campaigns, or other marketing assets.

  • Consulting/Coaching: Live calls, webinars, or advisory sessions scheduled according to your contract or purchased package.

3. Delivery Timelines (Based on Client Contract)

1. Lead Delivery

  • Unless otherwise stated in your client contract, lead lists are delivered within 30 days of contract signing or full payment.

2. Digital Marketing Materials

  • Marketing assets such as email templates, landing pages, or campaign outlines are delivered within 30 days of project kickoff, or as detailed in your client contract.

  • You will receive a download link or direct access portal via email once materials are ready.

3. Consulting Sessions

  • One-on-one or group coaching calls are scheduled using our online calendar system or as indicated in your client contract.

  • Expect a confirmation email with your call details (date, time, Zoom link, etc.) within 1–2 business days after contract signing or initial payment.

4. Order & Confirmation Process

1. Lead Delivery

  • Upon signing the client contract or completing payment, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email summarizing your purchased services and any next steps.

2. Communication

  • We will use the email address provided at checkout or in your contract to share progress updates, access links, and completion notices.

5. Access Issues & Technical Problems

  • Troubleshooting: If you encounter technical issues (e.g., difficulty downloading leads, accessing marketing materials, or scheduling calls), please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Resolution Goal: We aim to resolve access or delivery problems within 3 business days once notified.

6. Non-Delivery Claims

  • If you do not receive your leads or digital assets within the timeframe specified in your client contract, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us if you still haven’t received anything.

  • “Successful delivery” is typically confirmed once our system indicates the email was sent or the files were uploaded to your private account.

7. Revisions & Custom Requests

  • Revisions: Minor revisions or parameter adjustments for leads may be granted at our discretion, especially if outlined in your client contract. Major or ongoing changes may require an updated contract or additional fees.

  • Custom Requests: Outside the scope of your initial contract, custom requests (e.g., adding a new industry filter, increasing lead quantity, or adding marketing assets) may require a separate agreement and additional payment.

8. Refund & Cancellation

9. Disclaimer of Results

  • While we strive to deliver high quality leads and effective marketing services, we do not guarantee specific results (such as an immediate surge in sales or leads converting at a certain rate). Outcomes vary based on market conditions and your own follow-up strategies.
